What Does It Do?
• The Grade Level Assessment Software (G.L.A.S.) is designed to determine the complexity of a text and propose suggestions on how to simplify it.

Accuracy
• Learning Dictionary (Patent Pending):
Our software comes with a pre-loaded dictionary of words, syllables, and synonyms. If you encounter a new word that is not in our Dictionary, our software will ask you how many syllables this new word has and store it for future reference. From then on, the software will always know how many syllables that word has.

This allows our software to count syllables accurately by learning from YOU.

We recently launched a free consumer website that uses the same technology as G.L.A.S. to determine how many syllables are in a word. Visit: http://www.HowManySyllables.com for a demonstration of our accuracy.

Grade Level Suggestions™
• One of the key features of G.L.A.S. is a method for our software to reduce the grade level by simplifying the text.


• Our software highlights words that can be replaced by simpler alternatives and lets the user decide whether to modify the text or not.
IE: Replacing the word "Demonstrate" with "Show".
